Landmark group:
We resolved three of their major issues – overheating, water leakage and roof ageing with one UNIQUE solution by installing Matrix’s permanent roof cooling system to the warehouse roofs that were deformed due to very destructive thermal stress and shocks. We replaced the existing aged sky lights with single-skin skylights and installed permanent skylight protection system along with the Man Safety Lines and were appreciated for showing an immediate tangible result in bringing down the heat load in a shorter span.
